We got a last minute opportunity to attend a great parenting class offered by the Center for Nonviolent Education and Parenting, through the private school where Greg's sister works and our nieces attend. Also luckily, Grandma and Grandpa stepped in to watch Rye so we could participate.
Rye is such a prolific milk drinker, I wasn't worried about his taking a bottle for the first time, despite a lot of (good) advice about giving him one between weeks three and six or potentially missing a window of opportunity (...which we didn't do...).
Grandma said it took him about two seconds to figure out what it was all about.
